At VR Miss, we are committed to delivering your exclusive Kanchipuram silk sarees safely and promptly to your doorstep. Below is our shipping policy for orders across India.

📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India using trusted courier partners.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

📅 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹60 may apply (optional).

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

📬 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package. If the order is undelivered after the attempts, it will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to reship it (additional shipping charges may apply).

🚫 Undeliverable Locations

If your PIN code is unserviceable, we will inform you after the order is placed and issue a full refund or provide alternate shipping solutions.
