We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences. Kindly read the product details carefully before placing your order.
We allow exchange only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
If eligible, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product or a suitable replacement.
To initiate an exchange request:
Email us at support@vrmiss.in or WhatsApp +91-87929 72853 within 48 hours of delivery
Mention your Order ID, share clear photos/videos of the issue, and describe the problem
Our team will verify the claim and confirm the exchange eligibility
If approved, you will receive instructions to ship the product back
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed accordingly
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping charges
If the product does not qualify for exchange, or if the claim is made after 48 hours, the request will be rejected
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Exchange requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted
Products that are used, washed, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange
